Once you are ready to create your dream space, just
Contact Us. As we create Avant-Garde spaces, we expect you to give
us creative liberty and TRUST US. It's our passion that
drives us, and we consider all interests and needs of
customers in creating functional and aesthetically
beautiful spaces. For many, this may sound arrogant, but
we do not create budget spaces. Our range of projects
starts from 2 lakhs and above, only for a kitchen. This
ensures we stick to our design ethics and create the
perfect space for you. Once you decide to proceed, you
need to confirm and pay consultation charges of INR
5,000/-. Then, we will visit your abode and move to the
Idea & Concept phase.
After site inspection and discussing your needs and
aspirations, we create a concept to meet your
requirements. We produce raw pencil drawings—this is where
we're old-school, but it feels PERFECT. Once you approve
the basic idea, we provide cost estimates. We always
recommend a budget buffer of +5% to +10% since creating
Avant-Garde concepts can slightly exceed initial
calculations. After your acceptance and advance payment,
we move on to the next phase.
This is where we bring your ideas to life with 3D
renderings. You'll see a 3D view of the designs in detail.
Here, we work closely with you to finalize colors and
finishes. We usually split into two phases—finalizing the
base design and proceeding with production, later deciding
on the outer finish. Such a method saves time but is
optional; once everything is agreed upon, we commence
factory production.
Once production is complete, rigorous quality checks are
conducted before shipping to your location. Our skilled
labor assembles the setup to perfection. The entire
process, from confirmation to delivery, takes about 45-60
days. Payment terms are discussed during the design phase,
accommodating any feasible changes. We deliver a perfect
space everyone will envy.
